Health and Wellness for Adolescent Girls
Our ongoing workshop series aims to normalizing the normal by curating safe spaces for authentic conversations with leading health and wellness experts. Our programming for adolescents in underserved communities works to remove shame and stigma through the willingness to have hard conversations. Our past workshops have been led by leading experts in the fields of mental health, hormone and menstrual health, nutrition and culinary medicine.
